Mind-Body Yoga at BOCES*
2019 Fall Series
Enjoy six 60-minute classes of Mind-Body Yoga with Stephanie Scavelli right at BOCES. Ride the energy of an uplifting vinyasa yoga class in synchronized movement with the breathe. Participants are encouraged to attune to themselves, to explore strength, balance, flexibility, and to delve into self-discovery.
Participants with no prior yoga experience are warmly welcomed into this all levels workplace yoga series. Classes are best suited for those seeking to decompress after a full day.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring the following:
a yoga mat (a limited number of mats will be provided.)
a tightly woven blanket or towel
two yoga blocks (optional)
*This series is exclusive to staff, employees and associates of PNW BOCES. For classes that are open to the public visit the community class schedule.

About the Instructor
Stephanie Scavelli is an experienced vinyasa yoga instructor certified by Yoga Medicine. Her Mind-Body Yoga classes help people find more ease in their lives through integrative fitness and moving meditation.

A minimum number of preregistered participants is required for this series to run.
Drop-In: $20 per class.

A refund based on a per class rate will be issued to preregistered participants for any classes canceled by the instructor or workplace that exceed the number of classes not held on a re-scheduled date. Refunds cannot be issued for regularly scheduled missed classes.
