Gentle Yoga for Every Body
Duration: 30-minutes, 45-minutes or 60-minutes
This is a yoga practice of gentle flowing postures that will warm and open the body and quiet the mind. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Beginners are welcome. Yoga mats will be provided for a limited number of participants.
Awaken Your Power Vinyasa
Duration: 45-minutes, 60-minutes or 75-minutes
Ride the energy of an uplifting vinyasa yoga class in synchronized movement with the breathe. Students are encouraged to attune to themselves, to explore their strength, balance, and flexibility and to delve into greater self-discovery. Some yoga experience is helpful. Yoga mats will be provided for a limited number of participants.
Living Moment Meditation
In order to create peace and harmony within, this meditation session incorporates a variety of yogic techniques including chanting, hand mudras and pranayama breathing. No prior meditation experience required. Participants need only an open heart.
About the Instructor
Stephanie Scavelli offers her integrative Mind-Body Yoga to organizations and companies in the surrounding areas of Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. As a certified yoga instructor and skilled herbalist she helps people find more ease in their lives through yoga and a stronger foundation in good health with nourishing herbs and plant-based foods.
